【摘要】 目的探讨慢性前列腺炎疾病同精液检验质量二者之间表现出的相关性。方法选择我院2015年5月-2017年2月收治的80例慢性前列腺炎患者作为实验对象;依据疾病类型完成慢性前列腺炎患者研究分组;A1组:细菌性慢性前列腺炎;A2组:非细菌性慢性前列腺炎;同一时间段选择正常男性60例作为对比对象,设为A3组。最终对三组研究对象的精液量等展开回顾性分析。结果 A1组以及A2组患者在精液量、精子密度、精子存活率以及精子液化时间几方面,同A3组正常男性患者之间表现出明显差异(P<0.05);A1组与A2组慢性前列腺炎患者在精液参数方面,未表现明显差异(P>0.05)。结论患者在患有慢性前列腺炎疾病后,会导致精液量呈现出一定程度的增加,精子液化时间呈现出一定程度的延长,并且精子活动力表现出一定程度的降低,从而对精液检验质量产生一定程度的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation between the quality of semen and the quality of semen in two patients with chronic prostatitis. Methods 80 cases of patients with chronic prostatitis in our hospital from May 2015 to February 2017 were treated as experimental objects; on the basis of the type of disease of chronic prostatitis patients completed the study group; Group A1: chronic bacterial prostatitis; Group A2: chronic non bacterial prostatitis; At the same time we selected normal male 60 cases as a comparison object, for the A3 group. Finally, the semen volume and sperm motility of the three groups were analyzed retrospectively. Results A1 group and A2 group in the aspects of semen volume, sperm density, sperm survival rate and sperm liquefaction time compared with A3 group of normal male patients showed significant difference(P<0.05); A1 group and A2 group of patients with chronic prostatitis on semen parameters, showed no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion In patients with chronic prostatitis, cause semen volume increased to a certain extent, sperm liquefaction time shows to some extent, and the sperm activity decreased to some extent, resulting in a certain degree of influence on the quality of semen test.更多还原
