【摘要】 目的探讨阴道彩超与腹部彩超诊断异位妊娠患者的效果差异。方法选取2015年1月—2016年1月在我院经手术病理学诊断证实为异位妊娠的患者60例为研究对象,本组患者均给予阴道彩超及腹部彩超诊断,对比两种检测方法的诊断结果准确性差异。结果异位妊娠患者行阴道彩超检测的诊断时间低于腹部彩超检测,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时患者阴道彩超检测诊断结果准确率高于腹部彩超检测结果,两种检测方法对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论异位妊娠患者行阴道彩超检测的结果准确率高于腹部彩超,但两种彩超检测方法均存在漏诊现象,有必要者应综合两种检测方法以提升患者诊断准确率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound and abdominal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods A total of 60 patients with ectopic pregnancy confirmed by surgery and pathology in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected as the subjects. All patients were given by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound and abdominal color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis. The accuracy of the diagnostic results of the two methods was compared. Results The diagnosis time of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in ectopic pregnancy patients was lower than that of abdominal color Doppler ultrasound, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). At the same time, the accuracy rate of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound was higher than that of abdominal color Doppler ultrasound. Comparison of two methods, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The accuracy rate of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in patients with ectopic pregnancy was significantly higher than that of color Doppler ultrasound. However, there are two kinds of color Doppler ultrasound detection methods are missed diagnosis. It is necessary to combine two methods to improve the accuracy of diagnosis.更多还原
