【摘要】 目的探讨纤支镜肺泡灌洗治疗支气管扩张合并感染的疗效。方法选取96例患者分为两组:对照组给予常规治疗,观察组加用纤支镜肺泡灌洗治疗,对比两组患者疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率、症状缓解时间、血气指标改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用纤支镜肺泡灌洗治疗支气管扩张合并感染疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of bronchoalveolar lavage with bronchoscope in the treatment of bronchiectasis complicated with infection. Methods 96 cases of patients were divided into the following two groups: the control group was given conventional treatment, the observation group was treated with bronchoalveolar lavage. Results The total effective rate of the observation group, the remission time of symptoms and the improvement of blood gas indexes were better than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of bronchoalveolar lavage in the treatment of bronchiectasis with infection is significant.更多还原
