【摘要】 目的探讨宫腔镜下输卵管介入联合血府逐瘀口服液治疗不孕不育患者的临床疗效。方法以200例不孕症患者作为观察对象,随机分为观察组(100例)和对照组(100例)。对照组均常规行宫腔镜下输卵管介入治疗,观察组在对照组基础上术后服用血府逐瘀口服液治疗,对比两组治疗效果及妊娠成功率。结果观察组总有效率(94.00%),高于对照组(77.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后1年妊娠成功率(57.00%),高于对照组(32.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不孕症采用宫腔镜下输卵管介入治疗配合血府逐瘀口服液治疗临床治疗效果较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of hysteroscopic tubal intervention combined with xuefu zhuyu oral liquid in the treatment of infertility. Methods 200 patients with infertility wererandomly divided into observation group(n=100) and control group(n=100). Patients in the control group were treated with hysteroscopic tubal interventional therapy, while the observation group was treated with xuefu zhuyu oral liquid on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect and the success rate of pregnancy were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group(94.00%) was higher than that of the control group(77.00%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).
