尿素包合法从混合脂肪酸中分离亚油酸
SEPARATION OF LINOLEIC ACID FROM MIX FATTY ACIDS BY UREA COMPLEX METHOD
【摘要】 以脂肪酸为原料,用尿素包合法分离其中的大部分饱和脂肪酸和少部分不饱和脂肪酸,可以获得高纯度亚油酸,用于食品行业。本研究以亚油酸质量浓度56.5%的混合脂肪酸为原料,考察了溶剂种类、尿素与脂肪酸质量比、脂肪酸质量浓度、包合温度等工艺条件对亚油酸质量浓度和脂肪酸产品回收率的影响规律。结果表明:高尿素用量和长的包合时间能够显著提高亚油酸质量浓度,但产品收率呈下降趋势。优化的工艺条件为:乙醇作溶剂、尿素与脂肪酸质量比2、脂肪酸在溶剂中的质量浓度30%、包合温度0℃、回流时间40min、包合时间3h和搅拌速度300r/min,亚油酸质量浓度达到81.6%,脂肪酸产品收率为42.5%。
【Abstract】 Using fatty acids as raw materials,most of saturated fatty acids and little unsaturated fatty acids can be removed by urea complex method.Linoleic acid can be produced with high purity used in food industry.This study investigated the effects of conditions on the linoleic mass contents and product yield using mix fatty acids as raw material with a linoleic mass content of 56.5%,such as solvents,mass ratio of urea to acids,acid mass contents,complex temperature and so on.The results indicated that high urea usage and long complex time can increase the linoleic acid mass content,and decrease the production yield.The optimized conditions are ethanol as solvent,mass ratio of urea to acids of 2,acid mass content of 30%,complex temperature of 0 ℃,reflux time of 40 min,complex time of 3 hand stirring rate of 300 r/min,the linoleic acid mass content reached 81.6% and the production yield was 42.5%.
