硫酸钡防垢剂MPS-1的性能研究

【摘要】 石油开采时回注水与地层水不配伍会生成硫酸钡垢,易堵塞油管,造成油管报废。以马来酸酐(MA)、聚环氧琥珀酸钠(PESA)、甲基丙烯磺酸钠(SMS)为单体,过硫酸铵为引发剂,制备了防垢剂MPS-1。通过正交实验得到最佳合成条件:单体质量配比m(MA)∶m(PESA)∶m(SMS)=1.6∶1.0∶0.6,反应温度为96℃,反应时间为6h,引发剂用量占单体总质量的8%,阻垢率达到99.61%。并测试了产品的抗温、抗盐性能都较强,配伍性较好。

【Abstract】 Injection water and formation water have bad compatibility when oil exploration will generate barium sulfate scale,easy to plug the pipe,causing the tubing scrapped.Maleic anhydride(MA),polyethylene oxide sodium succinate(PESA),methacrylic sulfonate(SMS)as monomers,ammonium persulfate as initiator for preparing antifouling agents MPS-1 to prevent barium sulfate formation.By orthogonal experiment the optimum conditions:the mass ratio of monomerm(MA)∶m(PESA)∶m(SMS)=1.6∶1.0∶0.6,the reaction temperature is 96 ℃,the reaction time is 6h,initiator 8% agent by total monomer mass,inhibition rate reached 99.61%.And tested resistance to temperature,salt product performance are strong,good compatibility.
