最佳刚度下毛细管结构参数对油膜轴承性能影响研究
Impact of capillary structure parameters on oil film bearing performance under best stiffness
【摘要】 节流器对油膜轴承性能有至关重要的调节作用,由于毛细管节流器结构的特殊性,毛细管内润滑油的流动必须是层流,否则会对油膜轴承运转造成不良影响。通过建立油膜轴承最佳刚度条件下的毛细管直径与长度数学模型,实现了毛细管结构参数单一化处理。针对不同牌号润滑油,在不同工作温度时,分析了最佳油膜轴承刚度情况下,毛细管取不同结构参数时的雷诺数变化规律。运用MATLAB建模对毛细管雷诺数变化规律进行数值分析,并用FLUENT进行了验证。结果表明,具有较好的一致性,对油膜轴承和毛细管结构设计提供了一定的理论依据。
【Abstract】 Throttle is crucial for the performance of the oil film bearing adjustment, due to the particularity of capillary throttling device structure, the flow of the lubricating oil in the capillary must be laminar, otherwise there will be adverse effects on the operation of the oil film bearing. Through the establishment of capillary diameter and length of mathematical model under the condition of best oil film bearing stiffness, the capillary structure parameters simplified processing is realized. With the different brand of lubricants and under different working temperature, the Reynolds number variation regularity when the capillary take different structural parameters under the best oil film bearing stiffness is analyzed. The model used to analysis the capillary Reynolds number variation regularity is established and the analysis is worked out with MATLAB and verify with the FLUENT. The MATLAB numerical analysis results are well matched to the simulation results of the FLUNET. It can provide that theory basis for the oil film bearing and capillary structure design.
