华龙一号堆内构件能量吸收器缓冲性能研究
Buffering capacity research of the internal energy absorber of HUALONG 1
【摘要】 对华龙一号反应堆堆内构件能量吸收器进行了缓冲性能研究,充分考虑了水力功、堆芯跌落势能、燃料组件压紧弹簧弹性势能和能量吸收器弹塑性变形能间的能量平衡关系,研究了能量吸收器的性能影响因素,推导得出了堆芯跌落高度与能量吸收体长度间的关系、压力容器所受冲击载荷与能量吸收体长度间关系及能量吸收器最大应力与能量吸收体长度间的关系,发现通过减小能量吸收体体积和增大能量吸收体长度能有效降低堆芯跌落对压力容器底封头的冲击。
【Abstract】 The buffering capacity of the HUALO NG 1 Reactor internal energy absorber was studied.The energy balance relationships were studied among the hydraulic power,the core fall down potential energy,the pressing spring elastic potential energy of the fuel assembly and plastic deformation energy of energy absorber.The influence factor of absorber performance was studied.The relationships between the core drop height and the length of the energy absorber,impact load of pressure vessel and the length of the energy absorber,the maximum stress of the energy absorber and the length of the energy absorber were deduced.It was shown that the impact of core drop on the pressure vessel bottom head could be reduced by decreasing the volume and increasing the length of the energy absorber effectively.
