年龄对巴马香猪公猪血液和线粒体功能指标的影响

【摘要】 有关年龄对哺乳动物血液和线粒体功能指标的影响研究非常有限,本项目以猪为模型,重点研究年龄对巴马香猪公猪血液和线粒体功能指标的影响。选用1岁、4岁和9岁公猪各2头、3头和3头进行屠宰,称量各器官质量,并采集血样和组织样品分析其生理、生化、免疫、激素和线粒体功能共58项指标的变异。结果表明,除体质量随年龄的增长而增大外,9岁公猪与4岁公猪肾脏的绝对质量也有显著性差异(P<0.05)。4岁巴马香猪公猪的WBC、GR、RBC和HCT显著高于9岁公猪(P<0.05);随着年龄的增长,WID%、PCT、TG、AST和ALT呈下降趋势,而GR%、MCV、MCH、RDW-SD、RDW-CV、PDW、HDL、R-GT、UA和TP呈上升趋势。1岁公猪的GH和T平均水平要远高于其他两个年龄段公猪,而4岁和9岁公猪这两指标水平相当,说明这两指标的水平随着年龄的增长而下降,到一定年龄后维持在一稳定的水平;INS的水平随着年龄的增长先升后降。9岁巴马香猪公猪肝脏的最大呼吸能力、呼吸储备以及肌肉的呼吸储备高于1岁公猪,可能与9岁公猪体质量及身体代谢水平远高于1岁公猪有关;肌肉的ATP生成低于1岁公猪,说明随着年龄的增长,肌肉出现老化,从而导致ATP生成的降低。肌肉的基础呼吸率和ATP生成高于肝脏,而呼吸储备却更低,这与两个器官的功能差异相关。

【Abstract】 There are few reports about the research on the impact of ages on hematological and immune traits in mammalian animals. In this study,using pig as an animal model,the influences of ages on blood and mitochondrial traits in Bamaxiang boars were investigated. 2,3,and 3 Bamaxiang boars at ages of 1,4 and 9 years were slaughtered to measure their weights of major organs,and collect their blood and tissue samples,which were used to measure a total of 58 traits related to physiological,biochemical,immune or mitochondrial functions.The results showed that ages significantly affected body weight of boars at the ages of 4 and 9 years( P<0.05).The WBC,GR,RBC and HCT were significantly higher in the boars at the age of 4 years than those in the boars at the age of 9 years( P < 0.05). The WID%,PCT,TG,AST and ALT decrease,while the GR%,MCV,MCH,RDW-SD,RDW-CV,PDW,HDL,R-GT,UA and TP tended to increase with age increase.GH and T levels in the 1 year old boar were largely greater than those in the boars of other ages,GH and T levels were similar in the boars at ages of 4 and 9 years,which suggested that GH and T levels decreased as aging,but reached a stable level at a certain age; INS level increased and then decreased as aging.The boars at the age of9 years had larger maximal breathing capacity and respiratory reserve in liver,respiratory reserve in muscle than younger boars,this may reflect that older boars have higher body weight and metabolism levels than younger boars.The ATP generating capacity was higher in 1 year boar,this may be explained by gradually degeneration of muscle in older boars,which decreases their ATP generation.Basic respiratory rate and ATP generation were higher,but the ADP was lower in muscle than in liver,reflecting different physiological functions of these two tissues.
