一种酚胺类抗氧剂的合成及性能

【摘要】 以2,6-二叔丁基苯酚和4,4’-二异辛基二苯胺(ODA)为原料,合成了抗氧剂4-({双[4-(1,1,3,3-四甲基丁基)苯基]氨基}甲基)-2,6-二叔丁基苯酚(NBHBODA)。产物结构经NMR和高分辨质谱表征,并对其抗氧化性能和热稳定性进行了测试;对其复配效应进行了考察,对其抗氧化机理进行了推测。结果表明:当质量分数为0.25%的抗氧剂NBHBODA添加到基础油150SN(Ⅰ类)、150N(Ⅱ类)及PAO(Ⅳ类)后,相对于纯油,其氧化诱导期分别提高了7.89倍、5.74倍及8.00倍。抗氧剂NBHBODA的起始分解温度T0.5(失重0.5%时的温度)和终止分解温度T99.5(失重99.5%时的温度)分别为200℃和593℃,与单体ODA及2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚(BHT)相比,起始分解温度分别提高了29℃和131℃,终止分解温度分别提高了308℃和443℃。抗氧剂NBHBODA和T209、含钼化合物3101M复配使用时均表现出优良的协同抗氧化作用,同时添加w(T209)=1.00%和w(NBHBODA)=0.25%的150N氧化诱导期(OIT)的理论值为75.74 min,实测值为118.45 min;同时添加w(NBHBODA)=0.25%和w(3101M)=1.00%的150N氧化诱导期理论值为23.75 min,实测为62.03 min。

【Abstract】 An antioxidant 4-( { bis[4-( 1,1,3,3-tetramethylbutyl) phenyl]amino} methyl)-2,6-di-tertbutylphenol( NBHBODA) was synthesized with 2,6-di-tert-butylphenol and 4,4’-diisooctyldiphenylamine( ODA) as raw materials. The product was characterized bynuclear magnetic resonance( NMR) and high resolution mass spectroscopy( HRMS),and the antioxidant properties and thermal stability were tested Meanwhile,the antioxidation synergistic effects between NBHBODA and other antioxidants were investigated,and the antioxidant mechanism was proposed. The results showed that after adding 0. 25% mass fraction of NBHBODA,compared with that of the pure base oil,the oxidation induction time( OIT) of base oil( 150 SN,150SN and PAO) increased by 7. 89 times,5. 74 times and8. 00 times respectively. The initial decomposition temperature of NBHBODA( T0. 5,0. 5% weight loss temperature) was 200 ℃ which was an improvement of 29 ℃ and 131 ℃ compared with that of ODA and 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol( BHT),respectively. Whereas the terminal decomposition temperature( T99. 5,99. 5% weight loss temperature) was 593 ℃,which increased by 308 ℃ and443 ℃ compared with that of ODA and BHT,respectively. When a mixture of 1. 00% mass fraction of antioxidant T209 and 0. 25% mass fraction of NBHBODA was added into base oil 150 N,the measuredOIT of the sample was 118. 45 min,higher than the theoretical value( 75. 74 min). Additionally,when a mixture of 1. 00% mass fraction of 3101 M and 0. 25% mass fraction of NBHBODA was added into base oil 150 N,the measured and theoretical OITs of the sample were 62. 03 min and 23. 75 min,respectively,indicating that the mixture of NBHBODA and antioxidant T209( or molybdenum compound 3101M) exhibited excellent synergistic antioxidation effects.
