可得然胶季铵盐抑菌薄膜的制备及其性能

【摘要】 以可得然胶为原料制备具有抑菌性能的可得然胶季铵盐,用傅里叶变换衰减全反射红外光谱(ATR-FTIR)和1HNMR表征可得然胶季铵盐的结构。采用反复冷冻-解冻-乳化交联的方法制备可得然胶季铵盐薄膜。并采用SEM、ATR-FTIR、TGA对膜的结构和性能进行表征与分析,考察了不同配方下的膜液稳定性和透水蒸气性能。结果表明:石蜡加量为0.4%0.8%(以薄膜制备所用水质量计的百分数,下同)的膜液放置7 d后仍为不透明的乳白色液体且不分层,表明膜液具有一定的稳定性;当膜液的冷冻-解冻次数为3次,甘油加量为2.0%,石蜡加量为0.6%时,薄膜的水蒸气透过率为2.12×10-7(mm·h·Pa)-1。抑菌测试结果表明:可得然胶季铵盐薄膜对大肠杆菌、葡萄球菌和镰刀菌均具有抑制作用,对葡萄球菌和镰刀菌的抑制效果要强于对大肠杆菌的抑制效果。

【Abstract】 Quaternized curdlan with antibacterial properties was prepared using curdlan as raw material. The chemical structure of quaternized curdlan was confirmed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy-attenuated total reflection spectra( FTIR-ATR) and1 HNMR techniques. Subsequently,quaternized curdlan antimicrobial films were prepared by a repeated freezing-thawing followed emulsification crosslinking method. The obtained films were characterized by scanning electron microscope( SEM),FTIR-ATR and thermogravimetry analysis( TGA). Additionally,the casting solution stability and water vapor permeability of films with different formulations were studied. The results show that the casting solution containing paraffin( mass fraction between 0. 4% 0. 8%) is still opaque milky white liquid and exhibits homogeneous phase after 7 d. Therefore,the casting solution has certain stability. The water vapor transmittance of film is 2. 12 × 10-7( mm·h·Pa)-1 when the mass fraction of glycerol and paraffin is 2. 0% and 0. 6%,respectively,after repeatedly freezing and thawing3 times. The antimicrobial test results show that the quaternized curdlan film has antibacterial effect against Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus and Fusarium,but the antibacterial effect against both Staphylococcus and Fusarium is better than that against Escherichia coli.
