一种异形锂电池极片制袋机的张力分析与仿真

【摘要】 目前,高性能异形锂离子电池已经成为了智能穿戴设备市场中需求旺盛的产品。其中异形锂离子电池的电极隔膜生产加工是国内生产厂家需要突破的关键技术。文中通过分析改进通用制袋机的张力控制,从而使通用制袋机满足异形锂离子电池的电极隔膜加工。使用闭环式张力控制系统建立了通用制袋机的放卷辊轴和传动辊轴两段式张力控制系统,通过系统仿真证明了在当前系统模型下能够有效地控制张力,从而满足异形锂离子电池的电极隔膜加工电化学性质需求。

【Abstract】 At present, high-performance lithium-ion battery has become a smart wear equipment market demand for products. The production and processing of the electrode diaphragm of the special-shaped lithium ion battery is the key technology that the domestic manufacturer needs to break through. In this paper, the tension control of the universal bag machine is improved, so that the universal bag making machine can meet the electrode diaphragm processing of the special-purpose lithium ion battery. A two-stage tension control system of the unwinding roller and the transmission roller is establishedusing the closed-loop tension control system. The simulation results show that the tension can be effectively controlled in the current system model to meet the electrochemical properties in processing the special-shaped lithium ion battery electrode diaphragm.
