基于模型的飞机设计工艺信息流传递方法研究

【摘要】 围绕着航空工业基于模型的设计制造协同平台研发背景下,提出了一种基于模型的飞机设计工艺信息流传递方法。该方法通过归纳飞机设计域、工艺域的信息构成,给出了飞机设计-工艺信息的集成方法,在此基础上建立飞机顶层工艺模型并对其编码、更改机制进行研究。最后利用开发的辅助建模工具在某型飞机垂尾肋设计端向工艺端的信息流传递流程中进行应用验证,结果表明该方法能够实现设计-工艺基于模型的关联,为设计工艺高度共享的先进数字化协同体系建设提供了思路。

【Abstract】 Under the background of the research and development of the collaborative platform based on model of the aviation industry, a method of the information flow transmission from aircraft design to process based on model is proposed. Firstly, the design domain and the process domain of the aircraft are defined, an integrated method between design and process is provided, and the top-level process model is established. Then, the process information coding and changing mechanism based on the top-level process model is researched. Finally, a modeling tool is developed and applied in the information flow transmission from design to process of the aircraft vertical tail and verify the validity of the method. The results show that the method can realize the connection between design and process based on the model and provide an idea for the construction of the advanced digital collaborative system for design and process sharing.
