基于FDM的彩色3D打印机控制系统设计
Design of Color 3D Printer Control System Based on FDM
【摘要】 针对目前FD M型3D打印机只能打印单种颜色,打印彩色则需要手动换料等问题,设计了采用定点方式更换丝料的FD M彩色3D打印控制系统。该系统主要包括电机驱动模块,温度控制模块、丝料更换模块和固件。其中丝料更换模块通过控制3D打印头的拼接和分离实现不同颜色丝料的更换,进而实现3D彩色打印。文中详细阐述了彩色3D打印机控制系统原理和自动更换丝料过程,并进行了验证。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the current FDM technology problems of single color printing and manual refueling required by color printing, a fixed-point removable print heads FDM color 3D printing control system has been designed. The system mainly includes 3 parts, namely motor driving module, temperature control module and firmware. There are 3 different colors of nozzles clamping in top of the printer. When it needs to change the color, the system will interrupt and stop printing. Then,printing head moves to nozzle library to choose the color. After changing the color, it will return to breakpoint and continue to print. This paper expounds the principles of color 3D printer control system and the automatic processes of thermoplastic change. The experimental validation has been carried out.
