一种RV减速器摆线轮齿廓修形方法
Method of Cycloid Gear Tooth Profile Modification of RV Reducer
【摘要】 针对常用组合修形方法无法同时满足高精度摆线轮高承载、低回差要求的问题,提出一种偏心距组合修形方法。在运用三坐标测量仪对RV-40E型减速器摆线轮进行精密测量的基础上,基于最小二乘法对测量所得的摆线轮齿形坐标参数进行圆弧拟合,并得到了相应的摆线轮齿形方程。然后,以所得齿形方程曲线为目标齿廓曲线,运用Matlab对"偏心距+等距+移距"、"等距+移距"、"等距+移距+转角"3种组合修形方式的所形成的摆线轮的齿形进行优化。优化结果表明,相较于"转角+等距+移距"和"等距+移距"组合修形,"偏心距+等距+移距"组合修形所得的曲线与目标齿廓曲线的偏差更小,说明了"偏心距+等距+移距"组合修形方式具有一定的可行性。
【Abstract】 A kind of eccentricity combined modification method of cycloid gear profile is proposed for solving the problem of the common combination modification method could not simultaneously satisfy the requirements of high bearing capacity and low rotation error. Firstly,based on the precision measurement of the cycloid gear of the RV-40 E reducer with the three-coordinate measuring instrument,the equation of cycloid gear profile is derived by using the method of least square to fit the parameters of the measured cycloid gear tooth profile. And then,by using the optimization function in Matlab,taking the obtained equation curve as the target tooth profile to optimize the cycloid gear profile formed by the three kinds of modification methods that are the combination methods of "eccentricity + isometric + shift","isometric + shift"and "isometric + shift + rotation". Through the comparative analysis,the results indicate that the deviation between the curve obtained by the combined modification of "isometric + shift + eccentricity"and the fitting curve is smaller,compared to the combined modification method of "rotation + isometric + shift"and "isometric + shift",which illustrates the feasibility of the combined modification method of "eccentricity + isometric + shift".
