基于非能动技术的防坠装置安全性计算与测试

【摘要】 安全防坠是附着式升降脚手架的关键技术之一,针对其他结构形式防坠装置设计中的缺陷,分析了基于非能动技术星轮防坠装置的结构特点和工作原理,按照棘轮强度计算方法,对防坠装置的核心部件进行了强度校核。计算结果表明,内棘齿和楔块的强度均满足要求;通过脚手架防坠性能测试证明,整个架体发生坠落时,每处防坠装置均能瞬间制动,阻止架体继续坠落,且4个机位下坠的距离均未超过国家标准规定值。该防坠装置制动有效,安全可靠,有广阔的推广应用前景。

【Abstract】 The anti-falling safety is one of the key techniques for attached lifting scaffold. Aiming at the design defects of other structural style falling protectors,the structural features and working principle of star wheel falling protector based on passive technology are analyzed. The strength of critical parts in falling protector are checked by the strength calculation method of ratchet wheel. The calculation results show that the strength of inner ratchets and wedge block meet the requirements. By the anti-falling performance testing of scaffold,the results show,every falling protector can brake instantly to prevent continued falling when the scaffold falls. The falling distance of four position less than the specified value in national standards. The falling protector can effectively brake,which is safe and has a wide popularization and application prospect.
