多楔带动态数据采集方法的研究

【摘要】 由于多楔带轮系的优化设计在改善汽车性能中起着重要作用,多楔带运动信息的获取与分析也就成为了研究人员关注的热点。针对动态建模与仿真技术在研究多楔带动态特性应用中需要对多楔带轮系进行简化等不足,采用数字图像处理技术获取发动机在运动状态中的多楔带动态信息。先用摄像机对多楔带上的人工标志点进行跟踪与轨迹记录,再运用圆形标志点识别法获得标示点的位置信息,最后用文中算法和霍夫变换检测法分别对几种有着典型形变的标志点进行识别并提取圆心坐标,对比两种方法提取到的圆心坐标的误差,同时分析文中算法测得的多楔带动态信息与激光测距仪得到的多楔带动态信息之间的相关性。试验结果表明,文中采用的方法能准确获取多楔带的动态信息。

【Abstract】 Because of the optimal design of ploy-rib belt plays an important role in improving the performance of the car,obtaining and analyzing ploy-rib belt motion information is becoming the hotspot studied by researchers. For the shortage that the poly-rib belt need be simplify existed in the dynamic modeling and simulation,the digital image processing techniques are adopted to obtain the dynamic information of engine ploy-rib belt. Firstly,a camera is applied in tracking and recording the artificial marking signs on the ploy-rib belt. Secondly,the location information of the making signs is acquired by digital image processing techniques. At last,the marking signs that have become several kinds of typically deformable are recognized by using the this algorithm and Hough transform detection method,then comparing the errors between the two methods and analyzing correlation of the dynamic data which is obtained by the experiment and the laser rangefinder. The experiment results show that the dynamic information on engine ploy-rib belt can be obtained precisely by using the proposed method.
