【摘要】 目的:调查慢性非传染性疾病住院患者对医疗机构心理契约现状。方法:采用方便抽样的方法,抽取川东北地区9所不同等级医疗机构的941例慢性非传染性疾病和655例其他疾病住院患者用医患心理契约量表进行调查。结果:慢性非传染性疾病患者较普通患者对医患心理契约的感知在多项内容上均具有特征性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢性非传染性疾病住院患者在主观上存在对医方的典型需求,针对其需求制定相应策略对规避纠纷,提高患者满意度,提升医疗服务质量具有现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Investigated psychological contract perception of medical institutions among patients with chronic noncommunicable diseases. Methods:941 inpatients cases of chronic non-communicable diseases and 655 inpatients cases of other diseases,all from 9 medical institutions of different grades in northeast Sichuan. were investigated by means of the psychological contract questionnaire survey. Results:It is found that inpatients with chronic non-communicable diseases have multiple features in psychological contract perception in contrast to the general patients,and the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05). The inpatients with chronic non-communicable diseases have a typical demand subjectively for the medical institution. Conclusion:It is of practical significance to develop the corresponding strategies to avoid disputes,and to enhance patients’ satisfaction along with the quality of medical services.更多还原
