含醛基的苯并噁嗪固化过程研究

【摘要】 以对羟基苯甲醛、甲醛和正丁胺为原料合成了含醛基官能团的苯并噁嗪(BZ-1),以苯酚、甲醛和正丁胺为原料合成了苯并噁嗪(BZ-2)作为对照。通过红外光谱,核磁共振对BZ-1、BZ-2的结构进行了表征;并采用DSC技术研究了两种产物的固化行为。结果表明:BZ-2的开环聚合温度比BZ-1降低45℃,说明醛基对苯并噁嗪开环聚合具有催化作用,促进了苯并噁嗪的热固化过程;同时醛基参与了固化反应,固化产物由线型聚合物转变成体型聚合物。

【Abstract】 Benzoxazine with aldehyde group(BZ-1) is synthesized by p-Hydroxybenzaldehyde, 37%Formaldehyde solution and n-Butylamine, as contrast, using phenol, 37% Formaldehyde solution and n-butylamine to synthesize benzoxazine(BZ-2). The structure of BZ-1 and BZ-2 were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR), proton nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR);and the curing behavior of the two products was studied by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC). The results reveal that,compared to the BZ-2, the ring opening polymerization temperature of BZ-1 has decreased by 45℃, this shows that the aldehyde group has a catalytic effect to the ring opening polymerization of benzoxazine, and has promoted the thermal cure of the benzoxazine; meanwhile, aldehyde groups have involved in the curing reaction making the cured product transforme from line-type polymer into network polymer.
