【摘要】 针对由单一供应商与具有资金约束的单一零售商组成的两级供应链,在需求随机且商品价格受需求影响的情形下,通过引入期权契约,研究资金约束供应链的协调问题。构建允许期权违约条件下供应链协调过程中各决策主体的决策模型,得到供应链协调时期权契约详细设计规则,分析资金约束与期权违约对供应链整体以及供应链各方期望收益的影响。研究表明,允许期权违约的情况下期权契约可以协调具有资金约束的供应链。本研究为存在资金约束供应链的融资优化及供应链协调提供决策支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper targets a bi-levelsupply chain with a supplier and a budget-constrained retailer and studies the coordination of supply chain using option contract when consumer demand and retail price are uncertain. The decisions of the supplier and the retailer are proposed in the case of option default. We then analyze how the supply-chain is affected by budget constraints and option default. The results indicate that option contractis able to coordinate the supply chainin the case of option default. The study can support the supply-chain decision-making and financing under constrained budget.更多还原
