【摘要】 介绍橡胶软管增强用钢丝国家标准修订的任务来源、工作程序和修订原则,逐项说明修订内容与2006标准的区别。新标准增加了术语定义,扁钢丝及其性能指标,翘高及其测量方法;规范了打结试验方法;单列了公称直径、外形偏差及允许偏差;修订了抗拉强度、打结强度率、弯曲、扭转等性能指标;重新定义了强度级别;修订了成品钢丝焊接要求,成品不允许焊接;增加了钢丝检验项目中的试验方法;附录A为工字轮要求的资料性附录。更多还原

【Abstract】 To introduce the task source,work procedure and revision principle of steel wire for rubber hose reinforcement industry standard establishment. The difference between revision content and 2006 standard is illustrated item by item. The new standard adds term definition,flat wire and its property index,tip rise and its measure method. The knot experiment method is normalized. The nominal diameter,appearance deviation and allowable deviation are listed individually. The property index such as tensile strength,knot strength rate,bend,torsion is revised. The strength grade is defined again.The finished product steel wire welding requirement is revised,finished product is not welded allowably. The experiment method of steel wire inspection item is added. The appendix A is an informative annex of spool requirements.更多还原
