【Abstract】 Colleges and universities are the important bases of citizenship education,and bear the responsibility of law-related education and moral education for the citizens. In order to improve the effectiveness of the law-related education and moral education in colleges and universities,we must face the importance and necessity of the two parties,and deeply grasp the inherent unity between the two. The complementary of the same political function and social function,and the diversity of expression form and realization way are the main form of the internal unity of legal education and moral education.
