平面包络环面蜗杆的实体建模
Solid Modeling of the Planar Enveloping Hourglass Worm
【摘要】 根据平面包络环面蜗杆成形原理以及空间啮合理论,建立了平面包络环面蜗杆坐标系,推导出了齿面方程;然后对齿面方程进行编程,并运用Matlab对齿面方程进行仿真建模,实现了环面蜗杆数字化建模,为实体建模提供了基础;最后运用VB对Solidworks进行二次开发实现了环面蜗杆的实体建模。此建模方法速度快且精度高,提高了建模效率,简化了建模过程,为环面蜗杆提供了一种简单且实用的实体建模方法,为环面蜗杆的推广使用创造了条件,也为以后的数控加工研究提供了基础。
【Abstract】 According to the principle of planar enveloping hourglass worm forming theory and space meshing theory,the coordinate system of planar enveloping hourglsaa worm is established,the tooth surface equation is deduced.Then the simulation program of tooth surface equation is compiled,and tooth surface equation is simulated by Matlab,the digital modeling of toroidal worm is realized,the foundation is provided for solid modeling.Finally,the solid modeling of toroidal worm is realized by VB secondary development of Solidworks.This method of solid model is modelinged fast and high accurately,the efficiency of modeling is improved,the process of modeling is simplified,a simple and practical solid modeling method for toroidal worms is provided,the condition is created for the promotion of the use of the toroidal worm,and also the basis is provided for the future of CNC machining research.
