螺旋剪刃滚筒式飞剪剪切过程数值模拟
Numerical Simulation for Shearing Process of the Drum Type Flying Shears with Spiral Scissors
【摘要】 螺旋剪刃滚筒式飞剪是一种新型的滚筒式飞剪,是连续生产线上用于金属板材剪切的重要设备,其性能直接影响到金属板材的剪切质量和精度。飞剪的剪切力是设计飞剪的重要参数,为了获得较准确的剪切力,首先对螺旋剪刃滚筒式飞剪剪切过程进行数值模拟,将获得的平均剪切力与实测数据进行对比和分析,验证了数值模拟计算的可靠性。同时运用有限元方法分析了不同剪刃重叠量、侧间隙、剪切速度等重要工艺参数对剪切力的影响,结果发现剪切速度、剪刃侧间隙对飞剪剪切力的影响较大,而剪刃的重叠量对剪切力影响较小。
【Abstract】 Drum type flying shears with spiral scissors is a new type of drum flying shears,which is an important equipment used in continuous production line to shear the metal sheet.Its performance affects the shearing quality and precision of the metal sheet. The shear force of the flying shears is an important parameter in the design of the flying shears. In order to obtain a more accurate shearing force,the numerical simulation of the shearing process of the drum type flying shears with spiral scissors. The obtained average shearing force is compared and analyzed with the measured data to verify the reliability of the numerical simulation. And the impact of the parameters on shear force was analyzed with finite element method,which includes scissors overlap,side clearance,shear speeds and so on. The results show that shear speeds and scissors side clearance has a great influence on the shear force,while the overlap of scissors on shear force is less affected.
