五杆机构构态变换过程中的动力学特性研究
Impact Analysis of the Parameters Variation on the Dynamic Performance of the Constraints Metamorphic Mechanism
【摘要】 变胞机构的构态变换是变胞机构应用中的一个重要分支。为了对变胞机构在构态转换时的瞬态运动学和动力学进行研究,得到约束变胞机构的构态变换过程中存在的冲击和振动对机构的影响。利用Lagrange方程建立了一种约束变胞五杆机构的动力学模型,并对其进行动力学分析,应用Matlab/Simulink软件对机构中变胞副的速度、加速度信号进行数值分析,得到了弹簧刚度、转动惯量这些参数变化时对变胞副在构态变换过程中的冲击和振动的影响,结果表明,当改变弹簧刚度和转动惯量时,构态变换中的冲击振动减弱。
【Abstract】 Metamorphic configuration transformation is an important part of the metamorphic mechanism application. In order to study the transient kinematics and dynamics of the metamorphic mechanism,and obtain the influence of the impact and vibration on the mechanism of the structure transformation,in this paper,Lagrange method is applied to establish the dynamic model and then there is the dynamic analysis. The influence of different factors including spring stiffness,moment of inertia and external force to impact vibration in the process of transformation of the working configurations based on analysis of the displacement,velocity and acceleration signal by Matlab/Simulink software can be obtained. The results showed that when changing the spring rigidity and the moment of inertia,the impact vibration of the structure transformation is weakened,while the external force changed,the impact vibration is enhanced.
