基于区间数TOPSIS法的甘蔗联合收割机液压系统设计方案评估

【摘要】 针对甘蔗联合收割机液压系统设计方案评估的复杂性和不确定性,提出了一种新的基于区间数理论和TOPSIS法相结合的评估方法。建立了甘蔗联合收割机液压系统设计方案评估指标体系,针对现有甘蔗联合收割机液压系统设计方案评估方法在计算指标权重方面存在的不足,提出了用区间层次分析法(Interval-based AHP,IAHP)计算指标权重的方法。结合IAHP、语言评价理论和TOPSIS法,建立了基于区间数TOPSIS法的甘蔗联合收割机液压系统设计方案评估模型。最后通过实例分析验证了所建立的液压系统设计方案评估模型是合理有效的。

【Abstract】 A new evaluation method based on interval number theory and TOPSIS method is proposed to evaluate the complexity and uncertainty of the design scheme of the hydraulic system of sugarcane combine harvester. Established sugar cane combine harvester design scheme of the hydraulic system evaluation index system,deficiencies of the existing sugarcane combine harvester hydraulic system design scheme evaluation method in the calculation of the index weight exist,put forward using a interval level analysis(Interval-based AHP,IAHP) calculation method of index weight. Combined with IAHP,language evaluation theory and TOPSIS method,the design scheme evaluation model of sugarcane combine harvester hydraulic system based on interval number TOPSIS method was established. Finally,an example analysis shows that the evaluation model of the hydraulic system design scheme is reasonable and effective.
