磨粒时变与切向超声振动辅助磨削力研究

【摘要】 根据砂轮表面磨粒磨削加工特性,提出时变分析方法。对单颗磨粒进行受力分析,采用概率统计方法控制磨粒尖端顶锥角度、磨粒平均直径进行时变,使磨削区域内参与切削、滑擦磨粒的数量等参数变化,实现磨粒时变,建立了切向超声振动辅助磨削力数学模型。试验研究表明:磨削力法向预测值与试验值误差在10%左右;磨削力切向预测值与试验值误差在15%左右;磨粒时变分析方法在切向超声振动辅助磨削中具有一定适用性,此模型能够精确预测磨削力。

【Abstract】 On the basis of grinding mechanism,the grinding analytical method of time-varying abrasive grains was proposed.Based on the force analysis of a single abrasive grain,using the method of statistical probability to control the time-varying of grains’ cutting edge angle,average diameter. Some parameterssuch as theprobability distributionof swipe and cutting gains in the grinding zone also changed,and the mathematical forecasting model of tangential ultrasonic vibration-assisted grinding force was established.Analytical method was proved by experiments,results showed that:the error between the calculated and experimental valueswas about 10% of the normal force and 15% of the tangential force,the grinding analyticalmethodhas some applicability and can accurately predict grinding force.
