基于MATLAB的摆线轮齿廓修形参数检测与反求
A New Approach to Measure and Calculate the Amount of Modification of Cycloidal Gear Based on MATLAB
【摘要】 针对生产实践与实际检测对摆线齿轮修形参数获取的实际需要出发,基于摆线齿形的基本方程式分别建立了摆线轮顶根距M和跨棒距L参数与摆线齿形的移距修形量Δrp及等距修形量Δrrp间的几何关系。在此基础上应用MATLAB软件,编制了以顶根距M及跨棒距L作为已知参数反求摆线轮移距修形量Δrp及等距修形量Δrrp的计算程序。以某型号的摆线齿轮为例,通过检测的顶根距与跨棒距计算出对应的修形量,再基于求得的修形量正向计算出顶根距及跨棒距,其误差不超过1μm,符合工程实践的需要。
【Abstract】 In order to meet the need of getting the amount of modification of cycloidal gear,the relationship between the parameter of tip root distance M with moved distance modification Δrp and equidistance modification Δrrp are established based on the fundamental equations of the cycloid tooth profile as well as the relationship between the parameter of distance over bar L with moved distance modification Δrp. Based on the algorithm,the program are done through numerical calculation software MATLAB. In one model of the cycloidal gear as an example,it is found that the error is within 1um comparing practical measure with theoretical calculation of both M and L. Therefore,this method can meet the requirements of the engineering practice.
