密集烤房不同气流形式对温度气流组织的影响

【摘要】 密集烤烟房内气流形式分为上升式和下降式,为了研究不同气流形式对密集烤房装烟室内温度气流组织的影响,获得具有较为均匀温度气流组织分布的烤房结构形式,以空气源热泵烤房作为研究对象,利用FLUENT对两种气流形式烤房进行热力学分析比较,得出气流上升式烤房具有更为均匀的温度气流组织分布。并以贵州省毕节地区两种烤房为试验对象进行烘烤试验,结果证明气流上升式烤房烘烤效果更佳,从而得出烤房内均匀的气流组织分布能得到更好的烘烤效果,为烤房结构形式的选择提供了有力的依据。

【Abstract】 Air-rising type and air-falling type are the two main air flow forms in tobacco bulk curing barn. In order to study the impacts of the two air flow forms on the air flow tissue with specific temperature in tobacco bulk curing barn so as to determine which form has a comparatively evenly distributed air flow tissue,software simulations of FLUENT were adopted to compare the two types of tobacco curing barn via the thermodynamic analysis and the result showed that the air-rising type can generate a more evenly distribution of air flow tissue. Besides,the tobacco curing experiments in two types of curing barn were conducted in Bi Jie of Gui Zhou province and it turned out that the products cured through air-rising method is better,which provided a strong suggestion for selecting baking house.
