液压新型节流阀抑制空化的效果研究
The Effects Research About New-Type Hydraulic Throttle Controlling Cavitations
【摘要】 液压系统中空化现象普遍存在,给系统正常工作造成了一些麻烦。为此设计出带出口压力反馈结构的新型节流阀来抑制空化。将节流阀腔中的湍流脉动压力功率谱强度作为表征阀件空化程度的指标,还首次将新旧两种节流阀的功率谱强度之差进行积分,所得的功率谱效果因子Δη1及Δη2用于判别新设计的阀有无抑制空化的能力。实验研究得出:新型节流阀抑制空化的方法是可行的;液压回路采用这种节流阀能较好地消除气泡的产生和伴随的空化现象。
【Abstract】 Cavitation phenomenon is pervasive in the hydraulic system,it also brings some troubles to the operation of the system. Thus,I designed a new kind of throttle with outlet pressure feedback structure to control the cavitation. I use the intensities of turbulent fluctuating pressure power spectrum for charactering the cavitation’s degree of the valves. The integral of the power spectrums’ differences between these two kinds of throttle have also been published for the first time. The resulting effective factors of power spectrum Δη1 and Δη2 are used for identifying whether the newly-designed throttle could control cavitation.The experiments showed that it is available of the newly-designed throttle to control cavitation. Using this kind of throttle in the hydraulic circuit could eliminate bubble and accompanied cavitation.
