考虑原始误差的某型通风隔离阀传动系统运动可靠性仿真分析
Reliability Assessment Calculation of the Ventilation Isolation Valve of Transmission System Considering Original Error
【摘要】 核电站通风隔离阀传动系统的运动可靠性决定了其关闭状态时的密封可靠性,为确定传动机构设计之初合理的加工精度,首先基于应力-强度干涉原理建立了传动机构运动可靠性分析模型,然后利用动态仿真模拟实验的方法并结合密封要求,统计并确定了传动机构运动功能失效的判据,最后基于Monte Carlo原理,利用动态仿真的方法模拟传动机构真实尺寸误差和铰链副配合间隙的随机变化,并得到输出误差的分布情况,进而计算了传动系统的运动可靠度,为确定科学合理的加工精度提供参考。实例分析表明,此种方法简单且计算结果较为精确,更加贴近工程实际。
【Abstract】 Motion reliability of ventilation isolation valves’ transmission system is key to the sealing reliability when closed. In order to determine reasonable processing precision plan at the beginning of design,which will improve its closing reliability,firstly,we built a valve plate closing reliability calculation model based on stress-strength interference model. Then got the distribution of permissible limit error of closing angle based on dynamics simulation experiment method and the sealing requirement. Finally,dynamic simulation method was used to simulate and to get distribution of the output error based on Monte Carlo theory,then calculated the closing reliability. According to the results,scientific and reasonable processing plan were proposed. The case analysis of motion reliability of a type of ventilation isolation valves’ transmission system shows that this method is feasible and simple,the calculation results is more accurate and more closer to the actual condition.
