面向再制造的曲轴材料选择方法分析
Research on Material Selection Methodof Crankshaft for Remanufacturing
【摘要】 再制造退役零件可以有效节约成本和资源,材料是影响零件能否再制造的关键。以发动机曲轴为研究对象,为了合理地选择材料以提高其再制造性,提出一种基于质量功能展开(QFD)和层次分析法(AHP)的材料选择方法。为科学获取评价指标,依据质量功能展开法建立面向再制造的材料选择指标质量屋模型,并由再制造设计准则识别出强度、刚度、韧性、耐磨性、可修复性、可回收性、再制造成本七个评价指标,形成面向再制造的材料选择指标体系;应用层次分析法构建了曲轴材料选择层次模型,逐层构建比较判断矩阵,获得各评价指标和待选材料对再制造性能的影响程度,实现了面向再制造的材料选择,证明了所提方法的可行性。
【Abstract】 Remanufacturing retired parts can effectively save costs and resources,material is the key to the remanufacturing of parts. Taking engine crankshaft as research object,a material selection method based on quality function deployment( QFD) and analytic hierarchy process( AHP) is proposed to reasonably select material to improve its remanufacturing. For the evaluation index for science,based on the quality function deployment method to establish the selection index of house of quality model of remanufacturing material oriented,and the remanufacturing design criteria to identify the strength,stiffness,toughness,wear resistance,repair,Recyclable,remanufacturing cost seven evaluation indicators,the formation of selection index system of Remanufacturing the material for the application; the analytic hierarchy process to construct the hierarchical model of crankshaft material,layer by layer construction comparison judgment matrix,the evaluation index and the influence of selected materials on the performance of remanufacturing,implementation of remanufacturing material selection,prove the feasibility of the proposed method.
