带有辅泵的循环水系统研究
Study on an auxiliary pump network for recirculating cooling water system
【摘要】 采用在循环水系统的支路添加辅泵的方法,可以降低系统总的功率消耗以及运行费用,达到节能的目的。本文以某公司焦化分厂的循环水系统为例,结合具体设备参数及运行参数讨论添加辅泵的可行性。采用流程模拟软件Aspen Plus对原循环水系统和改造后的循环水系统进行建模和模拟。由结果可知添加辅泵后,系统的总功率消耗可以降低30.02%。
【Abstract】 The method of adding auxiliary pumps in the circulating water system can reduce power consumption and operation cost. In this paper, a circulating water system of coking plant is used as an example, combined with the specific equipment parameters and operation parameters to discuss the feasibility of adding auxiliary pump. The simulation models of original and reconstructive circulating cooling water system are constructed via Aspen Plus. Results show that the total system power consumption can be reduced by 30.02%.
