藏红T共振光散射法测定痕量双酚A方法
Study on determination of trace amount of bisphenol A by resonance light scattering with safranine T
【摘要】 目的建立一种共振光散射法测定痕量双酚A方法。方法在pH8.0的B-R缓冲溶液中,KIO4-藏红T-双酚A体系发生氧化还原及离子缔合反应,使藏红T在波长332nm和560nm处的共振光散射明显增强,据此建立一种共振光散射法测定样品中痕量双酚A的含量。结果共振光散射增强值(ΔI)与双酚A浓度(ρ)之间呈良好的线性关系。在332nm处,方法的线性范围为1.43×10-42.40μg/mL,检出限为0.043μg/L;在560nm处,方法的线性范围为5.70×10-43.60μg/mL,检出限为0.17μg/L。结论建立的方法简便快速、灵敏度高,用于塑料薄膜和矿泉水瓶浸提液中双酚A的测定,结果满意。
【Abstract】 Objective To develop a novel resonance light scattering(RLS)method for determination of trace amount of bisphenol A(BPA).Methods In pH8.0 Britton-Robinson buffer solution,the RLS value of safranine T was significantly enhanced at 332 nm and 560 nm due to the redox and ion-association reaction in KIO4-safranine-T-BPA system.A resonance light scattering method was established for the determination of trace amount of BPA.Results There was a good linear relationship between resonance scattering enhancement value(ΔI)and BPA concentration(ρ).At 332 nm,the linear relationship range of the method was 1.43×10-4-2.40μg/mL with the detection limit of 0.043μg/L.At 560 nm,the linear relationship range of the method was 5.70×10-4-3.60μg/mL with the detection limit of 0.17μg/L.Conclusion The established method was simple,rapid and sensitive.Application on food packing and mineral water bottle extracts to determine BPA achieved satisfactory results.
