预应力空心楼盖应用关键技术及计算分析

【摘要】 预应力作为一种比较成熟的技术,在工程中的应用越来越多;现浇空心板即在混凝土平板中埋设内模,以减轻自重,同时不影响承载力。预应力混凝土空心楼盖则兼备了2种技术的优点,一方面具备较小的截面,另一方面又具有较高的承载力、较小的裂缝和挠度。南京二十八所科研办公楼是一栋综合性高档办公大楼,它在层高4.2m的基础上,要求建筑的净高不低于3.2m。而结构局部采用了9m×12m的柱网。文章在介绍了南京二十八所科研办公楼的概念设计后,重点介绍了预应力混凝土空心楼盖在设计中的关键技术,并对其进行了详细的计算分析。

【Abstract】 As a very mature technology, prestressed technology has been widely applied in engineering practice.Cast-in-situ hollow concrete slab is a kind of slab with a lot of internal hollows embedded in the concrete slab to reduce the dead-weight, while not affecting the bearing capacity. Prestressed concrete hollow slab has both advantages of the two technologies. On the one hand, it has a smaller cross-section, on the other hand, it has higher bearing capacity, smaller crack length and width, as well as smaller deflection. Nanjing No.28 Scientific Research Office Building is a comprehensive high-grade office building which requires the net height not less than 3.2 m with a 4.2 m height of the building. The structure of the local column layout is 9 m×12 m. This paper first introduces the concept design of Nanjing twenty-eighth Scientific Research Office Building, after that, the critical technologies in the design of prestressed concrete hollow slab are calculated and analyzed emphatically.
