基于DCS的300MW火力发电厂机组协调控制系统的设计与实现
Design and Implementation of Thermal Power Plant Unit Coordinated Control System Based on DCS 300MW
【摘要】 目前DCS系统被广泛运用于火力发电厂热工自动化过程控制领域中,为电厂热工控制系统自动化的实现提供了强有力的硬件、软件平台。而机组协调控制系统更是对整个DCS系统和火力发电厂各设备间的协调起到了至关重要的作用。论文将根据实际某电厂的实际要求对其协调控制系统进行设计,主要是从机组负荷指令的形成、机组压力指令的形成以及锅炉主控、汽机主控等方面进行设计。
【Abstract】 The DCS system is widely used in thermal power plants in the field of process control automation,for the realizationof the control system of power plant automation provides a powerful hardware and software platform. The unit coordinated control sys-tem for the whole of DCS system and the coordination between the various equipment of coal-fired power plants has played a vitalrole. In this paper,according to the actual requirements of a certain power plant in the coordinated control system design,mainlyfrom the formation of the load instruction,the formation of unit pressure instruction and boiler master control,turbine master controldesign.
