回火温度对新型616抗冲击钢板组织与力学性能的影响

【摘要】 以添加0.096%Ce元素的616抗冲击钢板为对象,利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、万能电子试验机、冲击试验机等研究了回火温度对Ce合金化616钢板组织性能的影响。结果表明:回火温度影响Ce合金化616钢板的实际晶粒度,随回火温度升高,晶粒由不规则形状逐渐向等轴化演变,晶粒尺寸略微减小。回火温度为150℃时,钢板的综合性能最优,硬度、抗拉强度最大,冲击韧度也较高。

【Abstract】 Effect of tempering temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of 616 impact resistant steel plate containing 0. 096%Ce were studied by means of metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope,universal electronic testing machine and impact testing machine. The results show that tempering temperature has an effect on actual grain size,and its shape was changed gradually from the irregular to the equiaxed with the increase of tempering temperature,at the same time,the grain size decreased slightly. The comprehensive performance of steel plate is optimum when tempering temperature is 150 ℃. At this moment,the hardness and tensile strength are the highest,and impact toughness is also better.
