钨对015Cr24Ni22MoN钢析出行为和冲击性能的影响
Effect of tungsten on precipitation behavior and impact property of 015Cr24Ni22MoN steel
【摘要】 运用Thermal-Calc热力学软件计算了含W及不含W的015Cr24Ni22Mo N超级奥氏体不锈钢的伪二元平衡相图,并在750~1000℃温度下对其时效处理60 min,研究了W对015Cr24Ni22Mo N钢析出相及冲击性能的影响。结果表明:经过750~1000℃时效处理60 min后,以2%钨替代1%钼,可以延缓σ相的粗化长大,使超级奥氏体不锈钢的冲击性能得到轻微改善。
【Abstract】 Pseudo binary phase diagram of 015 Cr24 Ni22 MoN super austenitic stainless steel containing W or not W were calculated by thermo-calc software,and was aged at 750-1000 ℃ for 60 min,and effect of W on precipitation behavior and impact property of015 Cr24 Ni22 Mo N steel was studied. The results show that after aged at 750-1000 ℃ for 60 min,the substitution of 2% W for 1% Mo can retard the coarsening of σ phase and slightly improve the impact property of the super austenitic stainless steel.
