基于微创技术的P92钢高温蠕变试验
High temperature creep test of P92 steel based on minimally invasive technique
【摘要】 利用蠕变试验机在625℃不同应力下对P92钢微型板试样和常规棒试样进行高温蠕变试验。结果表明:微型板试样具有与常规试样相似的完整蠕变曲线,在相同应力下微型和常规试样的蠕变断裂时间、最小蠕变速率比较接近。通过比较分析蠕变第二阶段MG关系指数及损伤容许量系数和相应试样断口形貌可以判断微型和常规试样的蠕变行为机制相同,均由位错运动控制。
【Abstract】 The creep test of P92 steel miniature plate specimen and conventional bar specimen was carried out under different stress at 625 ℃by using creep test machine. The results show that compared with the conventional specimens,the miniature plate specimens exhibit the similar full creep curve,and the creep life and the minimum creep rate of two kinds specimens are close under the same stress. Based on the analysis of MG relationship index,creep damage tolerance factor and specimens fractures,the miniature and the conventional specimens exhibit the same creep mechanism which is controlled by the dislocation motion.
