铬含量对高碳铬铁铸渗层组织及性能的影响

【摘要】 采用铸渗工艺在45钢表面获得高碳铬铁铸渗层,通过改变铸渗合金粉末中Cr含量,研究了Cr含量对铸渗层组织及性能的影响。结果表明:铸渗层与基体呈良好的冶金结合,主要的碳化物有Cr7C3、Fe3C、Cr23C7;并且随着Cr含量的增加,菊花状弥散分布的Cr7C3型碳化物明显增多,当合金粉末中铬含量为60%时,铸渗层硬度较高,此时铸渗层耐磨性能最佳,是基体的1.7倍。

【Abstract】 Cast-infiltrated layer with high chromium cast iron was prepared on surface of 45 steel by cast-infiltration process.Effect of Cr content on microstructure and mechanical properties of the high carbon ferrochrome cast-infiltrated composite layer was investigated by changing Cr content in the cast-infiltration alloy power.The results show that the cast infiltrated layer and the matrix have good metallurgical bonding.The main carbides are Cr7C3,Fe3C and Cr23C7.With the increase of Cr content,the Cr7C3 type carbides dispersively distributed in the form of chrysanthemum obviously increases.When the Cr content in the alloying powder is 60%,hardness of the cast infiltrated layer is higher and the wear resistance is the best,which is about 1.7 times of that of the matrix.
