45钢表面微纳米多尺度结构制备及其抗硫化性能
Preparation of surface micro/nano multi-scale structure on 45 steel and its vulcanization resistant
【摘要】 采用阳极氧化工艺在45钢表面生成微纳米多尺度结构,分析了温度和氧化剂对45钢表面形貌的影响,通过抗热震性试验、硫化试验研究其表面性能。结果表明:温度降低,微纳结构形成速度变缓,数量较少;加入氧化剂,反应速度加快,表面纳米结构杂乱无序,分布不均匀;硫化试验发现污染物少,腐蚀较轻。
【Abstract】 Micro/nano multi-scale structure on the surface of 45 steel was prepared by using the anodic oxidation process and the effect of temperature and oxidant on 45 steel surface morphology was analyzed. Its surface properties were studied by the thermal shock resistance test and vulcanized test. The results show that when the temperature decreases,the formation of micro/nano structure gets slowly,multi-scale nanostructure is less. Adding oxidant,the reaction rate increases, surface nanostructure is being disorder and uneven distribution;vulcanization fouling gets less,surface corrosion is also lighter.
