淬火温度对2.25Cr1Mo0.25V钢组织与耐蚀性能的影响
Effect of quenching temperature on microstructure and corrosion resistance of 2.25Cr1Mo0.25V steel
【摘要】 对2.25Cr1Mo0.25V钢经950、1100和1200℃淬火处理后的显微组织、表面形貌和耐腐蚀性能进行研究。结果表明,2.25Cr1Mo0.25V钢经淬火处理后的显微组织为贝氏体,随淬火温度的升高,显微组织的晶粒尺寸变大,钢中碳化物由粒状分布变为连续的条片状分布。与1100、1200℃淬火处理相比较,2.25Cr1Mo0.25V钢经950℃淬火处理后,在3.5%Na Cl溶液中的腐蚀速率降低,自腐蚀电流密度减小,电荷转移电阻增加,耐腐蚀性能提高。
【Abstract】 Microstructure,corrosion morphology and corrosion resistance of 2.25Cr1Mo0.25 V steel were researched by quenching at 950,1100 and 1200 ℃.The results show that bainite is observed after quenching treatment for 2.25Cr1Mo0.25 V steel,the grain size constantly becomes bigger with the temperature increasing,granular carbides precipitated in based metal change into continuous strip form distribution.Comparison with 1100,1200 ℃ quenching treatment,corrosion rate and corrosion current decrease,charge transfer resistance increases at950 ℃ and corrosion resistance is improved for 2.25Cr1Mo0.25 V steel after quenching treatment.
