LZ91合金在累积叠轧焊合过程中的界面焊合研究

【摘要】 采用金相显微镜和扫描电境观察了LZ91镁锂合金在累积叠轧焊(ARB)过程中的界面焊合现象。结果表明:道次压下量为50%的ARB工艺可以使LZ91板材获得良好的界面焊合,板材的抗拉强度和维氏硬度得到明显的改善。后续的ARB变形可以有效改善界面焊合质量,ARB轧制后退火可以使板材界面焊合强度增加。LZ91合金累积叠轧焊变形中的界面焊合机制是:合金表面硬化层先发生破裂,新鲜金属暴露,然后在轧制压力的作用下一起流动、相互接触,最终形成冶金结合。

【Abstract】 Interfacial bonding phenomenon of the LZ91 alloy in the ARB process was observed by metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results show that when the reduction in pass is 50%,LZ91 plate can be obtained with good interfacial bonding.The tensile strength and the hardness of the sheet are obviously improved. The subsequent ARB deformation can effectively improve the quality of interfacial bonding. ARB rolling after annealing can increase the interface bonding strength of the plate. The mechanism of LZ91 ARB deformation in the interface bonding process is that the hardened layer surface is ruptured first and then the exposure of fresh metal flows with the impact of rolling pressure as well as mutual contact and final the metallurgical bonding is formed.
