基于微创技术的P92钢室温拉伸性能

【摘要】 利用万能拉伸试验机对P92钢微型棒、板,常规棒、板试样的室温拉伸性能进行了研究。结果表明:与常规棒试样相比,微型棒试样具有几乎相同的抗拉强度、屈服强度、总伸长率和较低的均匀伸长率。与常规板试样相比,微型板试样具有与常规试样非常接近的抗拉强度,较低的屈服强度和总伸长率以及略高的均匀伸长率。与板试样相比,棒试样具有较高的准确性和稳定性。微型试样拉伸数据与常规样数据偏差较小,如果进一步在表面光洁度、尺寸偏差、试样夹持同轴度、变形测量方法等方面进行规范化研究,其必将成为常规拉伸试验方法的有力补充。

【Abstract】 Room temperature tensile properties of miniature and conventional specimens of P92 steel were investigated by means of tensile testing machine. The results show that compared with the conventional bar specimens,the miniature bar specimens exhibit almost the same utimate tensile strength,yield strength,the total elongation and the lower uniform elongation. Compared with the conventional plate specimens,the miniature plate specimens exhibit almost the same utimate tensile strength,the lower yield strength and the total elongation and the higher uniform elongation. Compared with the conventional plate specimens,the results of bar specimens indicate satisfactory accuracy and stability. Due to there is little deviation between the miniature and conventional specimens,and with the development of further work including surface finish,size deviation,coaxial degree and deformation measurement method,the test technology of miniature tensile specimens must become powerful supplement for conventional testing method.
