Ni3Al金属间化合物激光熔覆层的组织与性能
Microstructure and properties of laser cladded Ni3Al intermetallic compound coating
【摘要】 以镍粉及铝粉的混合粉末为熔覆材料,配比了Ni3Al粉末成分,采用激光熔覆技术,在Q235钢基体表面制备了Ni Al合金涂层,分析了涂层的组织结构及形成机理,研究了其抗高温氧化性能。结果表明:采用合适的激光熔覆参数可以获得表面质量及结合性能良好的Ni Al合金涂层,涂层主要由γ’-Ni3Al及γ-Ni构成。涂层组织均匀细密,没有明显的方向性。涂层显微硬度约为基体的2.6倍,抗高温氧化性能约为基体的4倍。
【Abstract】 Ni Al coating was prepared on Q235 steel substrate surface by laser cladding using mixed powder of nickel powder and aluminum powder with proportion of Ni3 Al. Microstructure,composition and high temperature oxidation resistance of the coating were investigated. The results show that Ni Al coating with good surface quality and bonding property can be obtained by appropriate laser caldding parameter. The coating mainly consists of γ’-Ni3 Al and γ-Ni. The microhardness and high temperature oxidation resistance of the coating is about 2. 6 times and 4 times of that of Q235 steel substrate.
