钢件渗碳、强烈淬火、表面强化成套技术的新思路
New idea of carburizing,intensive quenching and surface strengthening complex technology for steel parts
【摘要】 钢件气体渗碳、喷雾(水)、回火,最后施行喷丸强化是本人多年来思考、但未能实现的梦想。其目的是取代昂贵的低压渗碳、高压气淬技术,达到与其相同的产品质量效果。
【Abstract】 Gas carburizing,fog and water spray cooling and then shot peening complex technologies of steel parts were considered by oneself for many years,but not be realized up to now. I believe that the complex processes are able to replace the expensive low pressure carburizing and high pressure gas quenching and achieve the same quality effect.
