Nextrac电磁扭矩管理器动力学建模研究
Dynamic Modling of the Nextrac Electronic Driveline Coupling
【摘要】 电控适时四驱系统在城市型SUV上得到了越来越广泛的应用。作为许多适时四驱系统的关键执行部件,轴间扭矩管理器的动力学特性对整车性能有着重要影响。针对博格华纳Nextrac轴间管理器进行动力学建模研究。利用有限元软件对电磁执行机构的点此特性进行了分析,设计了不同状态下扭矩管理器的切换规律,制定了各状态下扭矩管理器的扭矩传递模型。通过搭建simulink模型和Carsim-Simulink联合仿真平台进行仿真验证。并将仿真结果与实际数据比较,结果验证了模型的有效性。
【Abstract】 Theelectronic on-demand all-wheel-drive(AWD) system gets more and more extensive applications on the sport utility vehicles(SUV). As the key actuator in many AWD systems,the dynamic characteristics of the inter-axle torque coupling have an important influence on the vehicle performance. The dynamic model of the BorgWarner Nextrac is built in this paper. The electro-magnetic actuator is analyzed. The switching law of different states is designed. The torque transfer models under each states are built. The validity of the modelsis verified by comparing the simulation results and the actual data.
