无刷直流电机直接转矩控制研究

【摘要】 在无刷直流电机转矩优化控制中,针对直接转矩瞬时控制改善电机调速性能。但在无刷直流电机应用中因引入机械传感器导致系统鲁棒性变差、磁链受关断相电压影响难以观测,电机转矩速度获取困难等问题,提出采用扩展卡尔曼滤波的磁链自控直接转矩控制方案。省去了磁链观测,以定子线电压和相电流作为输入,通过设计扩展卡尔曼滤波算法,得到实时的转速、转矩。最后在MATLAB环境下进行仿真,并对电机调速、负载变化等情况进行测试。结果表明,所提方法能够准确地估计到转速与转角信息,无需微分计算可得到准确的转矩,实现了在不引入机械传感器的情况下,无刷直流电机直接转矩调速,控制得到优化。

【Abstract】 The direct torque control can improve the motor speed control performance,because it can control torque instantly.This paper presents a novel flux linkage self-control direct torque control base on Extended Kalman Filter algorithm,this method overcomes some defects of traditional direct torque control,such as mechanical sensors may decrease the robustness of system,flux linkage is calculated difficultly because of the variable voltage of turn-off phase,and the torque is difficult to obtain.This method has no need of flux linkage observer,uses line voltage and phase current as input,estimates the real-time torque and rotation speed by Extend Kalman Filter algorithm.The simulation based on MATLAB shows that the proposed scheme estimates rotation speed and rotation angle precisely,and obtains the torque without flux linkage calculation,in the situation of without mechanical sensors,achieves the goal of the direct torque control speed regulation system of brushless DC motor.The control optimization is verified by simulation.
