【Abstract】 The participation number of scientific and technological journals in the open access publishing has showed a steady growth trend. In order to understand the publication mechanisms, provide better reference to scientific and technological journals’ participation in the open access publishing, and give retrieval ways to access the open resource of scientific and technological journals for information service institutions and researchers, this paper investigated and analyzed the domestic open access publishing mechanisms of scientific and technological journals in the present stage.更多还原
