基于Labview的大棚温室环境因子测试与控制系统

【摘要】 依据大棚室温环境因子选取相对应的变送器,将其五项环境因子转变成测试与控制所需要的电信号。变送器具有数据通讯协议MODBUS-RTU和数据通讯接口RS485,测试的数据通过HAC-SMART系列微功率无线数传电台发送到控制计算机上,根据大棚温室环境因子相互关联和耦合关系,建立数学模型,利用Labview软件平台对其数据进行采集、记录、分析、处理、存储。分析处理的结果再通过无线数传电台发送到智能GSM短信控制器上,智能GSM短信控制器与执行部件相连,一方面通过执行部件的开或关,达到对大棚温室环境因子的测试和控制的目的;另一方面通过智能GSM短信控制器将其采集和控制的过程发送到手机上,使操作者时刻了解和掌握大棚温室的工作状态。整个测试与控制系统具有灵活的、可视的、可操作的人机交互界面,实现大棚温室环境因子最佳参数的测试和控制,满足农作物的最佳生长条件。

【Abstract】 Based on the environmental factors of greenhouse,this paper selected the corresponding transmitters to convert its five environmental factors into electrical test and control needs,while the transmitter had a data communication protocol MODBUS-RTU and data communication interfaces RS485. The test data was sent to the control computer via HTC-SMART series micro-power wireless data radio. According to the interrelated and coupling relationships of environmental factors in greenhouse,it built mathematical model and used Labview software platform recording,analysis,processing and storing of the data,and sent the results to the controller via the intelligent GSM SMS wireless data radio connecting to the execution unit. On the one hand,the control of execution unit can achieve the testing and control of environmental factors for plastic greenhouse; on the other hand,through the intelligent GSM SMS controller,the acquisition and control process can be sent to the phone to make the operator timely understand and master the working state of greenhouse. The entire test and control system has a flexible,visual and operable interactive interface,and can realize the test and control of optimum parameters for the environmental factors in greenhouse and meet the optimum growth conditions of crops.
